Black Dirt Bourbon Batch 15 2012 Crafted using aged Italian white80% local Black Dirt grown corn, 12% barley and 8% rye. Aged a minimum 3 years 8 months in new, charred American oak casks. 45% abv. Honey, orange peel, and a bit of gastrique (sugar and vinegar reduction) on the nose. Mustard and beeswax notes on the nose as well.
