To create Peat Monster Arcana, Lead Whiskymaker James Saxon married Whiskies from Talisker, Miltonduff, The Peat Monster, and Ardbeg, each bringing influences of ex Bourbon and French oak barrels to the union. Smoke permeates all senses; it's joined by notes of vanilla, spices, tropical and orchard fruits, and honey
