Their only product to date, the KI NO BI Kyoto Dry Gin, is a premium drink made from rice alcohol and eleven Japanese botanicals with 45. 7% alcohol. The name Kinobi means "the beauty of the seasons", so it has absolutely nothing to do with the similar sounding Obi Wan Kenobi. The special thing about this gin is the complex production process, which only a few
